By opting in to receive SMS messages from Blue Spectrum LLC (RatePort), you agree to receive text messages relating to customer support, account notifications, service updates, security alerts, appointment reminders, freight indications, quotation updates, and other communications related to your use of our services. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you send “STOP,” we will send a confirmation message and will no longer send SMS messages to that number unless you opt in again.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers that help us operate the messaging service, including telecommunications carriers, messaging platforms, customer- support providers, fraud-prevention providers, and technical vendors. These providers may use the information only to deliver, support, secure, or maintain the messaging service on our behalf.

SMS consent records and opt-in information may be retained as reasonably necessary to:

 operate the messaging service;

 record and demonstrate consent;

 process opt-out requests;

 prevent unauthorized or unwanted messages;

 resolve complaints; and

 comply with legal and carrier requirements.
